Rev. Dees is a licensed and ordained member of the Pentecostal, Church of God in Christ International Inc. He holds an Associate in Business Studies, a Bachelor in Science in Cultural Studies and a Masters in Professional Studies in Pastoral Counseling. Rev. Dees started his work at SBUH in 2015 in which he worked part-time for one year before becoming a full-time employee. He has also served as one of the chaplains for the New York City Transit Authority. He is a member on the Executive Board of the “Fourth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of ENY Church of God in Christ.” He is the Chairman of the Ordination Board and the founder and pastor of Holy Boldness Ministries Inc. He is also the owner of HBM Consulting which began in 1993. He is a member of the Association of Professional Chaplains for the past ten years, as well as, a member of the NAACP.
